What information do we process?

Your name, email address, store or product URL, catalog size, selected services and message. We record the submission time and a technical request identifier to save your inquiry and handle repeat submissions. If you arrive through a campaign link, we also save its source, medium and campaign name.

Submission is voluntary. Name, email address, website URL, catalog size and service selection are required to handle the inquiry; the message is optional. Without the required information, we cannot accept the inquiry through the form.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your information to contact you as requested and prepare a quote, based on the consent you give in the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting the data controller; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

We use encoded technical fingerprints to protect against excessive and repeated requests, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure. We do not store raw IP addresses in the lead database. Information about data processors explains the hosting provider's technical logging.

Storage and access

We store your inquiry securely. Staff handling your quote and the necessary technical providers may access it; we do not share submitted information with advertising platforms.

Retention

We process inquiry data for as long as needed to reply and discuss a quote, or until earlier withdrawal of consent; once the purpose ends, we delete or anonymize the data.

When processing new submissions, we delete abuse-prevention fingerprint entries older than one day. A person handles your inquiry and quote; the form does not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

Data processors and operation

One Properties Kft. operates the website and related email on its 1data infrastructure. For this processing, 1data is the controller’s own operation service, rather than a separate external data processor. Only staff with the access needed to operate the service and respond to inquiries may access the information.

We operate the website on our own 1data infrastructure. Contabo provides the server infrastructure; Cloudflare provides DNS, proxy and security services. Umami runs on our own infrastructure.

We do not use inquiry-form information to generate product videos or send it to video or narration generation providers.

International data transfers

Cloudflare operates global infrastructure, so some processing may involve access or transfers outside the European Economic Area. You can request information about the applicable contractual safeguards and copies of them through our contact email address.

Language preferences and technical information

The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies.

We remember your language choice for one year in the functional cookie named unleash_locale. You can delete it in your browser. When available, we use the hosting service’s country signal to choose the default language and currency; we do not request precise location from your browser.

Cookie-free website analytics

We use Umami on our own infrastructure to measure visits to public pages. We do this to improve the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest. We process page paths, the referring website’s origin, browser language and screen size; Umami may derive aggregate device and country statistics from technical network-request information. IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database.

We do not send form contents, your name, email address, store URL, URL query parameters or fragments to analytics. We do not record sessions, create advertising profiles or track you across websites. You can disable measurement below; the unleash.analytics.v1 entry in local browser storage remembers your choice until you remove or change it. We keep detailed analytics data for up to thirteen months, then delete it.

Your rights

You can request information about and access to your personal data, as well as corrections. Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you can request erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

For privacy requests, contact our contact email address . You can lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, including Hungary's National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, or seek a judicial remedy.

We respond to privacy requests without undue delay, generally within one month. You can also withdraw consent by emailing the contact address.
