When does this format help?

Demos that support a decision

Show your product through a specific use case. Viewers see the relevant features in action and the result they deliver in that situation.

Onboarding to the first useful result

Guide users from their starting point to their first useful task. Show prerequisites, settings and the resulting state so they can check their progress.

Tutorials for recurring questions

Give a setting, workflow or recurring problem its own video. It can accompany a written help-center guide, with focused episodes added for new features.

Where your series could start.

Topic ideas — actual episodes are adapted to your workflows and audience.

  • How do I create my first project?
  • How do I invite a teammate with the right permissions?
  • Which setting fits my task?
  • How do I check that the action succeeded?

Useful beyond the video itself.

Video production

A narrated, edited recording of the real interface with readable highlights and checked captions. The example covers the workflow from its starting point to a visible result.

Available companions and versions

Caption files, written steps, chapter lists, additional languages and short demo versions are available. Help-center preparation and updates following releases are scoped in the quote.

Your knowledge is the starting point.

We need the current software version, demo access, safe sample data and a specific task. We agree on user roles, prerequisites and the actions that can be recorded. Your product owner checks the features shown.

From a reliable source to a clear video.

A useful video starts with a precise question. We plan the content, visuals and narration together, then produce the final version after approval.

  1. Define the viewer's task.

Who is watching, what do they already know and what should the video help them do? The destination and reliable sources set the starting point.

  2. Write and review the script.

The complete script and visual plan receive subject-matter approval. Real interfaces are paired with real workflows, and explanations with verifiable claims.

  3. Produce the video.

Narration, recordings or visual compositions, editing and captions work together. The important details stay readable and easy to follow.

  4. Deliver and plan what comes next.

We review the final version together. Companion materials, destinations and handling future changes follow the agreed quote.

The details make it useful.

Content you can verify

Product information, procedures and expert claims come from reliable sources. We check the steps and facts before approval.

Clear visuals and audio

Readable interfaces, focused highlights, clear narration and checked captions. Motion supports the explanation and keeps attention on the task.

Delivery planned for your use

Outputs match the destination. Additional languages, written guides and accessibility requirements can be scoped in your quote.

Approval and followability

The complete narration and visual plan receive subject-matter review before production. We check facts, step order and audiovisual alignment again in the final video. Tutorials close with a visible result; pacing follows the task.

Captions, transcripts and accessibility

Checked captions include correct names, terminology and timing. Caption files or a transcript describing visual information can be requested separately. Narration explains the necessary visual steps too. We discuss additional accessibility needs and the destination player's capabilities before quoting.

Sample data and usage rights

We use agreed demo data for screen recordings. Before delivery, we check visible and spoken information throughout the video. Image, footage and audio usage is agreed in advance, and you determine the audience for internal videos.

Updates when the source changes

When an interface, procedure or expert claim changes, we review and update the affected parts. We agree on handling links when delivering the approved new version. Update scope and pricing require a separate agreement.

Learn from the viewer's result.

The first useful task completed and related support questions provide meaningful feedback. Start with events your product already measures and refine the video around viewer difficulties.

A quote shaped around your task.

We quote based on topics, recording needs, subject-matter review and versions. Start with a clearly defined task.

Let's discuss your video

Useful questions before we start.

Should we make a demo or a tutorial?

A demo shows the value of the software in a use case. A tutorial teaches viewers to complete the task. We choose based on the audience and where the video will be used.

Do you record the actual interface?

Yes. We record the available interface in an agreed demo environment. Menus, fields, relevant options and the outcome are visible in the recording.

Does it include a clickable demo?

The deliverables are a narrated video and agreed companion materials. A clickable product demo, in-app controls or an embedded onboarding system are separate work.

What happens after a software release?

We review the changed interface and steps. We agree separately on updated scenes, approval and changes to help-center links.

Does the product-video minute rate apply?

SaaS videos receive a custom quote. Pricing reflects recording requirements, demo-data preparation, subject-matter review, duration and versions.
